The classes she teaches are her original formats. She has worked hard to seamlessly create fitness classes that keep you working for the entire class. Every transition is a working transition. Katye’s classes are challenging, but fun. Her fitness education gives her the ability to teach beginners & advanced students in the same class. Alignment & safety are key. Katye is extremely passionate about creating a mood or vibe in class that builds people up & allows them tap into their drive. Katye holds over 1500 hours of training & certifications in Pilates (mat & reformer), Ballet & Ballet Barre, Cycling & Yoga.
